Move XRP from Metamask wallet to SoloDex wallet

I am having trouble moving my XRP from my Metamask wallet to my SoloDex wallet. When I enter the SoloDex wallet address, it says "Not Eth network, set to lowercase".  I originally bought XRP with this method from Youtube.

I didn't actually watch the video, but I scrolled through it. It looks like you bought a token on the Binance Smart Chain that's pegged to the price of XRP, but it's not actually XRP.

If you weren't American and could use Binance.com, I think you could deposit it in Binance.com to get the real, native XRP. I think the only thing you can really do with it is sell it when you want to sell. I don't know of another way to convert it to real XRP.
