Hello

Today I tried to access my Ripple desktop wallet and for my surprise it was impossible.

After some research, I saw that Rippex finished their operation.

So, I have some ripple in my wallet and I need to recovery.

Someone can help me

Tks

I wondered what had happened too !
Thanks for the info - I assumed it was some protocol change or something.
Xumm is a great app, been using it on my iPad (with KeePassium to help keep secure and maintain the database thru KeePassX on my laptop/icloud) and my laptop/desktop - its QCR feature works great with the Sologenic's DEX UI)

There is the "yxxyun Desktop Client (Windows only)" which you can find in the "Links & Resources" section. If you google you'll find more, but not all can be trusted. I think this one is ok, otherwise you may blame @yxxyun :-)

(that is, if you only have the passwd for the desktop client. If you have the key, then you better go for another wallet)

Hello
I can't access my ripple either from Ripple desktop wallet
I have a secret key - s.. and file - wallet and passphrase
XUMM does not accept my private key, I suspect that the passphrase encrypted it
Please help me decipher if my guess is correct

Can you confirm, in Xumm, are you entering your secret key (s...) into the "Family Seed" option?

Exactly! Family Seed

Secret key is recorded on different flash drives and it is correct

Do you think it's a mistake? And the password phrase has nothing to do with it?

I'd say there must be a mistake with the secret key you have recorded. How long is it, about 29 characters? If it's significantly different to that then perhaps it's encrypted and just happens to start with s. Otherwise maybe one character has been recorded wrong. There are no zeros or uppercase "O" characters in XRP addresses, if you have any of them, try replacing them with lower-case "o". Also there are no lower-case L or upper-case i characters, if you have any then try replacing them with the number 1.

The passphrase is more likely to be for decrypting the wallet. Do you have the old software to try to open the wallet file? If not then @RobertHarpool may be able to help.

Software available
the wallet opens with a password, but there is no connection with the servers

Reports the following - You have to be online to see this screen. Please make sure you are connected to the Internet and you have configured the correct servers.
