You've been given all the information which you're not taking the time to understand.

I know you must be very upset to lose the assets, but please stop making false and damaging claims against a legitimate company and product.

If you can't access your assets now, then you wouldn't have been able to access them before the reset either, even if you knew the password. That password does not protect your assets. Ledger Live does not "hold" your assets. The only important thing is the Nano, or the 24 words. Ledger Live (the software) is completely irrelevant as to whether or not you have access and control over your assets.

The only way that you might be able to proceed in getting the assets back is to identify which Nano, or which set of 24 words you used to create the accounts containing the assets that you've lost. I tried to get you to do this multiple times before you reset and you ignored the question.

Any company that takes 5 days to respond is a joke tbh. And I was more referring to the fact that they let my personal details on some fraudster server forcing me to change the password to one forgotten in haste like a prick.  And also, vowed never to work with a company that cant be talked to on the phone. 5 days average response time is a joke. But anyways, I followed all the instructions and raised the issue that I'm having now, with the account that we in wallets just on live and not on the nano s device, that barely holds 3 apps on it is a useless Item I wouldn't have wasted money on if they were clear on the nano s not really worth buying would have gone straight to the X eah. And having to delete all accounts is a joke I wouldn't have gotten involved as now the assets are no longer there. But none the less. Still trying to get them back. Ill check that link you sent me thanks. The XRP stored on the nano s is back in no problem, the other accounts that would not fit on the nano. When I reset ledger live, ive never been asked to submit key phrases anywhere. just the pin on the nano neede to be entered.

@CryptoRaw Look I get your frustration, but it's really hard to help without knowing the basic facts. You still haven't clarified if the same Nano using only one set of 24 words was used to create all accounts.

Hopefully that was the case, in which case you will definitely be able to get everything back. Definitely follow up with @jargoman in the other thread, if it is a problem with derivation paths then it seems like they can help you.
