Mrpep Posted November 7, 2021 Share Posted November 7, 2021 Hello. I sent xrp from kucoin to my trezor hardware wallet. ( no destination tag needed). It said “completed “ but the funds never arrived to my hardware wallet. When on click on the details in kucoin account it says “transaction not found”. Did this over 12 hours ago. Help please ! at3n Posted November 7, 2021 Share Posted November 7, 2021 Sounds like a problem on Kucoin's side. Contact their support with as much detail as possible, such as date/time, amount of XRP sent etc. If you have a transaction ID or hash, then you can look it up on www.bithomp.com to see if it will tell you where it went. Said “ transaction not found” which is strange because according to kucoin the transaction is completed and was sent to the proper address. Very frustrating. inXs Posted November 9, 2021 Share Posted November 9, 2021 KuCoin may also be deleting records as part of their privacy guarantee and policy. If not, KuCoin should be able to point you to the actual transaction on the XRP ledger for validating addresses. If they can't, they are still liable. I have also contacted customer service regarding this issue but still no substantive response, just a ticket number. Can you keep this post up to date with your experience with Kucoin?
