GemHunter
The Internet, in the most literal sense, is just the mesh of wires connecting computers throughout the world. In the whole history of our species, it is the single most significant invention in terms of its ability to connect us to each other and change virtually every aspect of the human experience. The Internet, as we know today, was at least 40 years in the making, but how and by who was it created? This is a bit of a trick question, actually. What if I told you that the Internet, as you know it, wasn’t created, at least by a single person or an institution. It just happened. In this educational series hosted by Syntropy, we will explain to you how the Internet became what it is today, how it works under the hood, and what can be done to make it even better. So, how it all started? https://medium.com/syntropynet/the-internet-was-not-developed-it-just-happened-part-1-a123fe4628 Edited November 6, 2021 by GemHunter
