solodeji Posted October 26, 2021 Share Posted October 26, 2021 Brian Armstrong, the CEO of the largest US-based crypto exchange, Coinbase, has recently showcased support for Ripple, the San Francisco-based cross-border payment firm, and its digital token XRP, amidst the legal tussle with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He could have easily said something along the lines of "The SEC attacking crypto is politically dangerous because it harms consumers." Why mention Ripple at all? I don't think there is anything to read between the lines about this though. I just thought it was odd given the Coinbase and Ripple history.
