Class Action Link - https://t.co/oTlS7iWVIp?amp=1

This has already done the rounds, but if it brings in more people to the fold, then the more, the better.

No matter where, when or how you got your XRP, if you hold any, then please use this link to sign up to John Deaton's class action. The SEC's insane actions against the very people they say they are protecting, need to be pointed out to the court. It does not matter which country you're in, you can still sign, your information will not be shared with anyone, you just need to give over your name, address and maybe your phone number, and you can make a comment as well, but it is not a requirement.

Help John Deaton, help us and the whole of crypto, by standing up to the school bully and punch that sucker back. If the SEC get their way, almost all CRYPTO CURRENCIES will be ruled as securities in the USA, which would be a disaster for the crypto industry. Do not let this man:-

And his cronies win on this matter, this is not about Ripple, this is about the legal status of our asset in the USA. XRP is not a security, Gary Gensler is not a man who can be trusted, he will hold crypto at gun point and sue every market participant including end users, if he gets his way. He refuses to listen to 30,000+ people who signed a petition to look into the alleged crimes of William Hinman and Jay Clayton. NOW is the time that WE collectively show him and the court, NO MORE OF THIS. If you want to understand all this more, then watch this:

HELP JOHN DEATON, HELP YOURSELF AND THE WHOLE OF CRYPTO, SIGN THE CLASS ACTION, IT TAKES 2 MINUTES:-

CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP TO THE CLASS ACTION

The SEC caused a $15 BILLION dollar loss to XRP holders, if Gary Gensler gets his way, then how much more damage will his agency do to the Crypto industry!

WE NEED TO PROTECT OURSELVES FROM THE AGENCY, THAT LIES ABOUT PROTECTING US.

I have and I’m in the UK, I agree, I think we should all sign this. All to gain and all to lose for a simple form.
No matter how much you hold, SEC are saying all previous and current sales are a security, it’s madness.
The more the merrier, click that link 😎😉

This is a massive Twitter thread of what has gone down and what you should know about the case, written by John Deaton and explains the FACTS in this case.
Brad Kimes reads out the full thread on his latest vid, for all those who are not on Twitter or hate reading :)

Not saying I don't agree with the statements, but when you bold out the words FACTS and NOT IN DISPUTE, I sure would have liked to see all those facts clearly cited to give the argument more credence to those not following the case. Especially coming from a lawyer who has all that evidence to hand.

Edit - I was specifically referring to John's use of the capitalisation, not yours HAL. Noticed that wasn't clear

Start here:-

There is enough video evidence, literally out of the mouths of the people involved, to hang all the bad actors in this fiasco of a case. Think of it this way, there is video evidence of the killer committing the crime, admitting to the crime, then lying to the court that they did anything wrong, whilst accusing the victim, (victims) in this case, that they are the ones in the wrong, and they should pay up, to the killers demands!!!!

Educate yourself, watch, read, learn, this is going to be made into so many movies, books and documentaries to come, you won't believe. This is how the future of money is being born, and it's happening right now before our very eyes. Pay attention, this case is full of twists, turns and outright corruption, by many actors and makes Game Of Thrones look like nothing.

JC and Hinman + no doubt others at the SEC conspired to pick winners and losers in the crypto space for personal gain at the expense of XRP investors. INVESTOR PROTECTION is NOT what this is about, 30,000+ people signed a petition to investigate JC and Hinman, 38,0000+ INVESTORS are in a class action against the agency that states they are protecting them, this thing STINKS to the core and Goldman Gensler is now in the crosshair's of some in congress and senators for very good reasons.

The whole of crypto is under threat by Goldman Gensler and his banking / Wallstreet string pullers. If you want to get an idea of what current SEC scare mongering and corrupt behaviour is doing to this industry in the USA, then watch this:-

If GG, the SEC or Congress etc don't sort this out soon, the SEC will drive crypto out of the USA and the rest of the world and China will develop around them, making the USA irrelevant in the long run, when it comes to the future of finance. There's an old saying, innovate or die, the incumbents are hanging on for dear life and trying to squeeze every last drop out of the current system, and they are using some at the SEC to do that, at the expense of the USA's future potential lead in this new digital space.

Preaching to the converted there my friend ;) I've been following along and am well aware of the damning evidence that the dedicated sleuths have been digging up.

My point was that as epic as that thread was, to a lay-person not knees deep in the case - which, to be fair, had to be the target of the thread to spread the word - everything he said was unsubstantiated without putting the onus on the reader to then do their own research. If he'd added a TinyURL or some such device to each statement, linking to the evidence, it would all be immediately verifiable to anyone with a passing interest.

I just feel it was a perfect opportunity lost to slam-dunk the message to a wider audience. It truly was a fantastic read and really contextualised for the first time (that I've seen) Joe Lube and co's slippery manipulation of those in power and the ultra-buffoonery now on clear display by those being manipulating.
