Access to addresses on a deleted digital Wallet

How can I access the addresses in my deleted Coolwallet S? Or is that even possible? I can still see all of the transaction details, and it would seem that in a situation where there is no fraudulent activity, and the crypto is so readily available that recovery would be easy. I know XRP approved a deleted wallet option in May of 2020, does that supercede ( or can it please) the company that made the hardware's say in this. I can see how a situation like this could get abused  very easily, but, but I can also see how in some circumstances recovering the deleted wallet would make more sense than letting it remain lost? If anyone knows how to save the crypto, and the day, please let me know. Thanks.

The wallet should have given you a set of words called a recovery phrase or seed phrase, or a string of characters called a secret key and told you to save it. If you have that you can import it into XUMM (a software wallet) or Ledger (another hardware wallet), or most other wallets that support the XRPL.

That was the problem,I did have a seed. Which I entered multiple times, with no luck. When it finally was accepted my account said 0, on all addresses. I thought it was some mix up on their end, and that I just needed to start over to access my wallet. So, seeing as how my wallet was at 0( it didn't even have records of other alt coins) I reset it. Now it's attached to another wallet with a balance of 0. CoolWallet says there is nothing that they can do. My thoughts are, well very negative, but also why can't you? All of this was prompted by my wallet asking for my seed after a deposit of XRP, and the people at CoolWallet are saying this is all my doing. Yes, and no. Why would I ask myself for my own seed, and why it originally not accepted? Why when it was accepted did my balance say 0? None of it makes sense, but I'm the one left holding the bag screwed out of damn near all of the XRP that I own. That XRP is somewhere, and someone who isn't me has it.

Have you looked on the XRP Ledger?

Put your public address ( starts with ‘r’ ) into the search box at XRPscan and you can see and track everything that happened to that address.

I tried to add them( my XRP addresses) to  an XMUU account, and was told they are invalid. I have screen shots of them on bithomp, with all of the account information. So far I haven't been able to use it establish kind recovery. Disappointing to say the least.

As far as a scam wallet goes it was CoolWallet S, and I had been using it for months with no problem. Maybe I got hacked? I don't know. Now I'm trying to restore an old version of CoolWallet that a data recovery app I downloaded showed me I had. Thing is I need to root my phone to fully unlock the app, and Google is no help in this capacity. I don't know enough ( anything really) about Google admin, or the Google cloud to retrieve it myself. Anyone savvy enough in the ways of the Googles to advise?

Do you have the secret key ( starts with an “s” ) ?

In XUMM did you import and did you use the ripple secret key?

You have to say that you want to Import an Account.  Then select Full Access.  Then select “Family Seed”.

Also…. what does XRPscan say?  Did you look at the account?
