Manob
I'm looking for the same info. Did you find the solution?
jargoman
I looked into coolwallet s, it's a hardware wallet. It uses a seed number list rather than a seed word list. You should have written down the 12 or 24 set of numbers. Note: deleting an account may not be the same as deleting the seed list which generated that account. Deleting the seed list would be disastrous. Deleting the xrp account while maintaining the seed list, you could possible just re-add xrp and your coins are there. If you have your seed list written down, you simply follow the steps to pair the wallet to a smart phone but instead of choosing new wallet you choose restore, then you enter the seed list which is a set 12 or 24 large numbers. nellywilk
I have a question here : how do you actually delete a wallet?Don't you have to press confirmation button like couple of times? Anyway, hat about those usb recovery tools https://www.cleverfiles.com/usb-flash-drive-recovery.html, will those help? As far as i understand as soon as you try to recover those, more chances you actually have. Edited April 27 by nellywilk

But probably not, it isn't like a USB storage device. Edit: No, the cleverfiles.com product will not help at all to recover hardware wallets. There are apps that will scan your harddrive for orphaned files and give you the option to undelete them. They Undelete the files on your phone/laptop but that's not where your keys are stored. Your keys are stored in a hardware wallet no? Recovering the files from your phone would only recover the ability to pair with the hardware wallet or interact with the hardware wallet. Recovering files from the hardware wallet defeats the purpose of a tamper proof device. Let alone tamper with and then recover deleted keys. When I create keys, I always back them up, then I prove that I can restore those same keys before funding the wallet.
