Coinbeast
Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me get my head around an issue I have claiming my songbird tokens. I held XRP at the time of the spark token snapshot and used XRP Toolkit and my ledger nano to claim my spark tokens. I've now attempted to claim my songbird tokens by following the instructions on the flare website shown below. When I complete the process my SGB balance is zero. At first it may seem like I must have made a mistake when claiming my spark tokens but I haven't. When I go into one of my XRP wallets in Ledger Live, copy the address, paste it into XRPSCAN I can verify that I completed my spark claim successfully. (https://xrpscan.com/account/r4VXRQEGNYzcDZc4Nbtrcvsw1ax9jayVxg) I have no idea where I have gone wrong and at my wits end trying to figure this one out so any help would by much appreciated. Open the MetaMask browser extension Click on Custom RPC in the networks dropdown a) Enter network name: Songbird b) Enter RPC URL: https://songbird.towolabs.com/rpc c) Enter chain ID: 19 d) Enter symbol: SGB e) Enter block explorer URL: https://songbird-explorer.flare.network f) Click Save Select Songbird in the networks dropdown Connect and unlock your Ledger device Open the Songbird app (or the Ethereum app) on your Ledger device Click your account image and enable Ledger Live by clicking Settings > Advanced > Use Ledger Live Click your account image and Connect Hardware Wallet Select Ledger and click Continue Select your Account and click Unlock johnclarkcomedy, cryptoxrp and mesodan
billion
Are you sure you're using the same seed you registered the ETH address to? 0xBBE5AC0D0449223A7E8D3C88049947AE9D04B0AF This is the ETH receiving address currently on your ledger wallet right? You don't play around with the recovery phrase! @CoinbeastI don't have my ledger on hand now. I'll see later, where the fault might be with you. I have also claimed my SGB, with the Ledger and MetaMask browser extension. And it worked. johnclarkcomedy

You will not be able to see your Songbird tokens in the Ledger Live app. I am not aware of any way that this is possible. Connect to MetaMask as I described. And you will see your Songbird tokens. Do you know how I can view my Spark tokens via Ledger Live app or Metamask? Thanks again

So it doesn't exist yet. That's why the Songbird tokens came out first. To test the network. Nobody could have known that the Songbird tokens were so successful. It's an added bonus. If I'm wrong, please correct! Moonraker
xrp-pat
I'm trying to send my SGB to the BiFrost wallet. Got as far as seeing them on metamask, go through all the steps to send it to SGB (via my Ledger) and I click to send, and then it fails. I've set the gas level at 21000 and 100 if that makes any difference?

Now you have to think about what kind of address you applied for. I also believe it was the Ledger address. But I had taken My Grypto Wallet. On XRPSCAN you can see the address where your Songbird tokens went. And you have to look for this address. And then connect to MetaMask.

And so I left the setting. xrp-pat

What seemed to correct it is this: Open your Bifrost Wallet Click the arrow at the bottom to reveal the "Send" "Receive" "Connect" buttons. Click the "Receive" button. In the next menu click "Songbird". In the next menu click "Share address", then click "Copy" to copy the address. Then, go to your Metamask wallet and paste that address directly in the send to address. (I do not currently have Metamask in front of me, so can't remember the precise menus within it. I don't know why, but copying the address directly from my Bifrost wallet seemed to make the difference, even though I had entered it correctly many times.)
