Adding fiat corridors to an exchange.

Hi all, I think we all saw @miguel's comment about increasing XRP/Fiat volume in the Ripple ecosystem and it's something we can all get on board with. I'm curious as to what the barriers are to adding fiat pairs to an exchange or gateway like @gatehub ( @enej). Is it mostly regulatory? Is the rate limiting step finding a partner bank? I'm hoping knowledgable forum members can provide some perspective.

Were we talking about this the other day?
