I sent XRP to a CSC address on Bitrue

So I sent XRP to a CSC address on Bitrue and now its not showing up on my assets as either XRP nor CSCXRPL. Would it still be possible to retrieve the XRP from a Casinocoin address? I can see the transaction from bithomp.com. If so what should I do?

I have already contacted Bitrue and we are in communication at this moment. But I would like more information, maybe I can get it myself.

Please help!

Do you have the secret key to the CSC address? I think there's a way to convert between the two. I think you switch the 'r's with 'c's and vice versa. Someone from CasinoCoin might be able to help.

I still don't understand how you could have sent it to a CasinoCoin address, the address formats are different. It's not like two networks that both use Ethereum's address format. Are you willing to share a transaction id?

I sent the XRP to Bitrue CSC address via XRPToolkit which was connected to my Ledger Nano. Maybe because they're both on XRPL thats why it went through? I dont know.

Ok, the good news is that Bitrue should have the keys to that address. I'm guessing they'll probably be able to help you, but it may not happen quickly.

Hi Ron! I just did the same thing! I feel like a dummy. Have you resolved your issue? How long did it take? I am currently in communication with the Bitrue team as well but it’s hard waiting around for this to be resolved.
