Ripple should ask for the access logs to those files and who has the access rights to change them. The SEC are on a suicide mission at this point, JC and friends, you messed up this time and WE are calling you out. This is going to make one hell of a movie:-

PART 2 COMING SOON!

You have got to give it to the MAN, show me one hooker who accepts bitcoin over fiat and I will show you a politician who takes bribes recorded on a blockchain.

I sense so many countersuits are now in the pipeline against SEC that they will be overwhelmed.  I wonder if Ripple could use this evidence of corruption and mendacious bias by Clayton et al (now including Gensler's stewardship) to ask for billions in compensation from SEC?  (The damage this suit has rendered on all American based crypto businesses is perhaps valued in hundreds of billions?)

Gensler inherited a poisoned chalice.  We could all see that, it was obvious.  He should have understood there was one job that he had to prioritise above all others, and that was to stop the corruption and regain SEC's reputation.  He should have started by winding down the high profile case against the cash rich, publicly supported Ripple case as quickly as possible, and cleared the decks for a published a strategy that SEC would be following for giving crypto proper guidelines like there are in other countries.  He should have tried to get SEC's enemies working with him for a better future.

Instead he started to interfere in settlements cases that had been hand-shaked by his lawyers, asking for more money.  Set up staged letters deals with Senators for power grabs for SEC to have greater powers for his clearly corrupt organisation.  Instead of getting the industry with him, he has worked as hard as he could to pit himself and his openly corrupt organisation against crypto.  He has lost the goodwill that came with taking over from Clayton and is now doomed to years of firefighting existential threats from aggrieved and very rich crypto businesses.

The plot thickens:-

Well it seems to me Henchman and some at the SEC where picking winners and loses and involved up to their eyeballs in market manipulation. They have abused their positions for personal gain and helped out both their fiends and real paymasters, this screams PUBLIC INVESTIGATION.

WALL STREET GOVERNMENT

he's so corrupt he would have been voting not to punish them anyway

This holding his hand up as if he wants to supress something is something he does when he does not like to answer straight.  I have seen him doing it before.  He did the same gesture when asked about the status of XRP by the media.

He, as an ex chairman of the SEC, even has the courage to say, when he's asked about participations on conflict of interest, "I'm not sure about that...".

This thing gets worse by the day and I'm glad this snowball starts to roll downhill. Let's see if this gets examined thoroughly.

The problem is that most Americans allow corruption, as long as they agree with the goal or outcome.

Now that XRP folks are on the unpleasant side of corruption, and feeling the damage  of unchecked govt power, you all suddenly expect transparency and justice?
Sorry, but Americans have long ago traded equal justice for the simple doctrine of “fairness” and “equal outcomes” as decided by the media.

Present day reality: When on trial, Govt will always win in the courts. Secondly, politicians will win big with crypto clarity, after they pass the laws. (Which will only happen AFTER they position themselves financially to reap the rewards of their legislation)

There will be no fraud verdicts, much less any criminal prosecutions of SEC officials.

This is the American way, brought to you by progressives, who constantly expand Govt power.

Lets take bets on how long it will take before  @HAL1000  posts a thread titled “What Happened??” on this forum.

What happened??

I guess it's because I'm not an American and I don't live in the USA, that's why I still have some hope for justice. I'm guessing America has capitulated to corruption as a systemic problem, they can not free themselves from... sucks to be you guy's.

😀 Although one has to envy their present day standard of living. Of course that will disappear soon enough, and then all humans will live like Europeans, and America’s immigration problem will be solved.
