RipMcGillicuddy
Be good to know if the SEC has turned over the documents they were ordered to turn over. My mood is turning negative on this case.

My mood is turning negative on this case. It's only 77 pages long, it smacks of desperate legalize and more SEC BS, they are casting a wide net, hoping they can catch anything worth catching. Mr and Misses HOGAN will you please break this down for us. Deaton needs to make another vid, this time staring him and GG getting into it. The Scumbag Enforcement Cartel will not stop the digital switch over and revolution, the financial world is about to change, so get out the way, IDIOTS. Reading through the first page is like reading a letter from a parent of a bully, saying look what you did, rather than owning up to all the damage they and their kin have done, to 1000's of victims. The SEC Sociopathic Evil Cockroaches, best I could come up with on the fly. Their hypocrisy and arrogance knows no bounds, screw em, CFTC kick your ex-employee back into line. SEC Has No Authority Over Pure Commodities Like Crypto Assets, Says CFTC Commissioner. Gary Gensler’s ambition to regulate the “Wild West” of cryptocurrencies is on a collision course with something he can’t regulate: more than seven decades of case law. That was the consensus among securities lawyers with whom I spoke following Gensler’s pronouncement last week that high on his ambitious agenda as chair of the Securities and Exchange Commission is to make the booming cryptocurrency market safe for even your grandmother. GG you are on the WRONG side of history, so WE will get your jail cell ready next to JC's, Hinman's and Yellen, you corrupt Aholes. RipMcGillicuddy
I don't know man. I want to think Ripple has the upper hand, but the SEC simply doesn't care how much earth they torch when it means protecting the power class. This is about picking winners for them and nothing else. NMNR
Interesting they're going after slack. Someone has tipped them off about something... I think the SEC are playing by Ripple's strategy I.e. Ripple going after internal comms, now SEC wants the same.

Ripple winning internal comms from the SEC is far more useful than the SEC getting Ripple's comms. In any case, I think this is the big one before summary judgement. The final discovery battle. Then it's off to summary judgement and a possible trial/settlement, etc.
Julian_Williams
My feeling - if it comes down to chit chat inside Ripple then SEC are struggling to get a case together. Their case should depend on more substantive evidence. HAL1000 and VanHasen

SEC writes in this motion that ripple already provided some slack conversations before the case was filed, but stopped doing so after they knew that the SEC is going to sue them 16 hours ago, Julian_Williams said: My feeling - if it comes down to chit chat inside Ripple then SEC are struggling to get a case together. (or gain a better position on settlement talks?)
