Another OPINION -  THIS IS SUCH A S**T SHOW - crypto Eri digs up such great stuff, you have to ask yourself, do the people appointed to these positions have any idea what their really doing. So your honour, if it pleases the court, could we bring in exhibit A, as you can see CLARITY for the defendants was a little hard to discern!

Ikea: Ether is furniture and falls under our jurisdiction.

Subway:  Ether is a sandwich so is under our jurisdiction.

They are all trying to do a power grab for the money... It more and more proofs the unclear rules on it. Court should be a slam dunk.

McDonalds: Ether is not available after 11am.

TSA: Ether is contraband and we are confiscating it.

NASA: Ether is complicated and we will be examining it in the next decades.

Dominoes:  Ether at your door in 30 minutes or your gas back.

I don't know about legal definitions, but by the everyday definition of words, all fungible cryptocurrencies (you know, the normal kind of tokens that aren't NFTs) are commodities. So are dollar bills. When someone pays you, you don't pick out which bill you want, they're all interchangeable. But that doesn't mean the CFTC can regulate our currency.
