MY GUESS:  Gensler asked them to send that letter

Gensler will reply to Warrens letter before Hinman's deposition, giving an outline for plan of action and clarity with perhaps new laws to be agreed in Congress

Judge gives a judgement on BG and CL.

Gensler says no point in waiting for discovery since it will end with summary judgement in favour of ripple anyway 

No deposition, no completion of discovery.  Gensler in charge again.
