SRod
I tried to recover my ledger from my 24 word phrase and my XRP balance is showing $0 .. please help... I already missed the June 11th spark deadline.. so lost my opportunity. I still need to know how to put my XRP on my ledger. They are showing on XRPScan but not on my Nano S
at3n
Can you see the XRP wallet address on Ledger Live? If not, you need to manually add it again. Just add a new XRP wallet with the Nano connected and you should see the old one again.
SRod
Yes but the balance is $0, however when I check in XRPScan I see my balance. Tried resetting the Nano and adding XRP App but Balance still $0. Would you know how to manually add the address?
ixarepe
Try your nano with XRP Toolkit.

at3n
You say the balance in Ledger Live shows zero dollars. How about the number of XRP, does it show that?
jargoman
If you really get stuck I have a tool that extracts xrp private keys from bip39 word lists. This sounds like a networking issue though. Or library mismatch. You might have to update firmware. I'm not familiar with their tech. If you've signed a tx with that word list in the past then 100% your coins can be recovered. Try to recover them on your own and if after some time you run into a brick wall and want to try brute forcing the account from the word list then I can write a script that will try every derivation path until it finds the account with XRP

SRod
At3n, on Ledger Live it shows $0 XRP in my account but on XRPScan and XRP Toolkit I see my Balance Jargoman, any help would be great because I've tried to reset with my 24 word phrase several times and nothing. So I'm sure there is either a word out of order or missed or something. I've done firmware, even bought a new Nano S and followed the Ledger "recovery/reset" instructions and nothing. Thank you all
at3n
@SRod my point is that the dollar amount could be being calculated incorrectly due to some bug. When you select your actual XRP account in Ledger Live (in the "accounts" section, you should see your XRP wallet, and you can check its address using the Receive button). This wallet should show a quantity of XRP (the same amount shown in XRPScan), regardless of the dollar price. Can you see this? Unreleased version of ihilda wallet supports word lists. images uploaded in the wrong order: image 4: select create new wallet from word list image 1: enter word list and derivation path. A common derivation path used by ledger nano is provided as default. image 2: You scroll through the accounts and find the account which is funded with XRP image 3: Now you create a wallet using the private key which was extracted from the word list. Ihilda is AWESOME !!! It's just complicated and needs testing, love and care
SRod
@at3n Hi... Yes did that too and when I enter the "receive" address to XRPScan it still shows $0 XRP I will try the solution by @jargoman and hope for the best
SRod
@jargoman actually can I have the tool that extract the xrp private keys from bip39 word lists before trying the ihilda wallet? I have a feeling my 24 word phrase is either wrong or maybe out of order Thanks
SRod
@jargoman by looking at the ihilda script I think my issues is the other way around no?... I have the correct address because I can see my XRP balance with it in XRPScan, the problem is, my Nano S won't retrieve it because I believe I had the incorrect 24 word phrase, well maybe not incorrect, but out of order. I need to see if there is a way to recover my Nano S from the 24 word phrase to see my XRP balance. Hope that makes sense... I've tried so many things now, I lost the deadline for the Spark Token claim because I won't register my Nano S with the Message Key in XRPTool Kit. Thank you so much
WarChest
Ledger.com have created a pass phrase checker. If you have an idea of which words are in the incorrect order it might help you test them out. Never used it myself so this isn’t a recommendation but it may help.
