Claiming Flare if Account Deleted?

Hi people,

In Jan I moved my xrp from a paper wallet to a hardware wallet and deleted the old paper wallet account. I didn't know about the Flare airdrop at the time. I still have the public address and private key of the old wallet. I checked the xrp ledger and it shows my account as deleted, but says it can be reinstated if I move 20 xrp over. There's even a section "Spark Claim", which shows the amount of xrp I had and the corresponding FLR amount.

I'm guessing that if I reinstate the address I can submit a claim successfully? I don't want to send the 20 XRP over for nothing.

After an account has been deleted, anyone can re-create it by sending at least 20 XRP to its address to fund the account, just like with any other valid XRP Ledger address.
