Help, Transaction not found

Hello,

I just make a transfer 407 XRP from bitso mexico to binance, i always make it to kraken but now i decided to make it to binance and now the transaction appears in bitso like pending and from bithomp it says "Transaction not found" anyone know what can i do to resolve this? i have just contact bitso but not sure when they are gonna give me an answer, thanks.

i copy and check that the destination and tag were correct.

The transaction never made it to the XRP ledger for some reason. Bitso should fix it for you.

Thanks, yes i was searching in the bitso page and it looks like they are working on it. Thanks
