RobertHarpool
@JoanDC There are numerous issues going on here. First, this address isn't 'yours' ... it's Bityard's. The destination tag is 'yours'. So, if u sent XRP to that address without your destination tag (think: account), then ur best hope to is contact Bityard and tell them you forgot to add your destination tag. If they have any sense of propriety, they'll get your XRP back to you in a few days after you provide transaction records. BUT ... u said you sent $102 DOLLARS to an XRPLedger address. Unless you sent USD:BItstamp or USD:Gatehub, then whatever you sent should eventually get kicked back to you. Most likely, you didn't send these those. So..... Did u send USDT or USDC or some other stable coin? For the most part, you can only send XRP to an XRPLedger address (unless ur familiar with the assets on the XRPLedger) Not dollars. So what did u send, exactly? Or do you mean u sent $102 dollars WORTH of XRP to the address? Edited May 10, 2021 by RobertHarpool

I've used this platform https://easycrypto.ai/nz, buy in NZD (using local bank) to crypto currency. The system converted from NZD to USD currency when buying crypto. from the history, it shows USD currency and its still in Delivering status, I'm not sure if its caused by missing Tag no. It normally completes in an hour or less. I will try to talk to the Bityard and see if they can be able to send to my Tag no. Thanks to you. Hero_Member
Maybe also inform Bityard the can easily prevent this by enabling the DestinationTag required flag on their wallet address. That way, transactions will not process if the sender forgets the DT... RobertHarpool
