hulkhartman
I opened my wallet and had it verified in 2018. I had some XRP and some ETH in there. In December I decided to log in and check things. I had to create a new password and new recovery key was generated. I saved my password and recovery key in LastPass along with downloading the recovery key file. I tried to log in back in January and the credentials didnt work. I ended up locking the account so I had to contact support to unlock the account. Since then I've not been able to access my account at all. I've attempted to use the recovery key directly copied or typed from the .txt file, from my LastPass note and always get Wrong Recovery Key. I have my original recovery key which I've tried without success also. Support keeps responding with the same preformatted emails about clearing cache and using different browsers. Is there anything I can do? Either the recovery key I downloaded isn't correct, or the system corrupted my account some how. I dont have the secret words anymore, i lost them on an old computer. I do still have my authenticator with my 2fa, and all my personal info on the account. I do have my wallet addresses from transfers i did prior. Hero_Member
Well, I believe there is a leaked database with all hashed secrets available on the web. I believe it was even downloaded by some XRPchat members. If yours is in there, you might be able to decrypyt the secret with the old password or recovery key? Doesnt Gatehub offer any more assistance??
hulkhartman
That would be nice. If I had the secret I think I can transfer the wallet to a new account. GateHub so far continuously says I must b using the wrong recovery key, and to try other devices and browsers, which never work.
