Friend
Tell me or advise what and how to do if I sent -XRP from the "Guarda-wallet" to the "Payeer-wallet", but forgot to specify the -tag? Wrote to "Guarda" (- did not help), -wrote to "Payeer" -there they said that I would send again from the "Guarda-wallet" -a large amount of -XRP with a tag and that this would help to return - "stuck" without a tag -XRP. Has anyone encountered such a "return" -XRP output ?!
at3n
I would not send a large amount of XRP until you've got your first lot of XRP back. Maybe if Payeer wanted you to send a small amount to prove that you own the sending wallet, that might be understandable, but not a lot. They should be able to return the "untagged" XRP to you once they've confirmed who you are. These things can take time however. Friend
Friend
Thank at3n I will try to contact the Payeer wallet again and ask them to accept -XRP! (I wrote to them, and they saw my hash transaction, but they asked for a large amount - send it from the same "Guarda wallet", and that was it!) Now I will ask Payeer to accept XRP, without a tag ! Thank you for your help, at3n!
at3n
Just to be clear, tags are important, and it's understandable that your XRP got "lost" when there was no tag with it. You should always use a tag in the future. I'm just saying not to send a large amount of extra XRP to them until you've had your untagged XRP returned, just to be safe. Friend
Thanks at3n! Now I will remember about the obligatory writing -tag! I wrote to "Payeer" and a screenshot of sending -XRP, -sent with a hash transaction. I look forward to hearing from them!
