Importing xrp wallet but my secret key is 31 characters?

Just found out exarpy website is gone made a gatehub to import wallet and my secret key is invalid. I have everything written down and used the software to view my keys using the 16 digit key provided by exarpy and that worked. All keys are spot on from what I wrote down. But my issue is it showing a family seed consisting of 31 characters starting with s and not the traditional 29. Is this my issue? I was able to successfully import the 20 ripple I lost back in 2018 from a wallet based in Chilli that shutdown to my gatehub. That was 29 characters but my exarpy account shows a 31 character secret key. Anyone able to shed some light on this for me.

I think secret keys do vary a little in length. Try importing the key into Xumm wallet for Android or iOS as detailed in the sticky post in this section.
