Transferring crypto from Binance to Bitrue

I'm trying to move XLM from Binance over to Bitrue where XRP is offered. I've tried to enter the address given by Bitrue but the address line on Binance will not accept it. I've seen several people recommend this, but I can't get it to work. Anybody that can offer help with this address problem?

Are you adding the tag?

If you mean the memo, yes, but it won't accept the address as posted by Bitrue.
