Could not verify your account

During the activation process, I got a mail from Gatehub with the following message:

'Please note that the ID you have uploaded has expired. We kindly ask you to upload a valid identification document.'

Turns out, I accidentally uploaded the wrong identification document. I wanted to try and upload the proper documents, but I can't seem to find where I can upload it. Is there something I'm missing? Or do I have to contact support for this?
