Ripple Statement on Order Denying Tetragon’s Request for Preliminary Injunction

Recommended Posts

Nope - I do own A website but not that one, I have nothing to do with it, I just have like 6 or 7 regular crypto news sites I check every day and if I see something XRP related, then I post it here. But I get it, you think I'm using this place to promote my site, but honestly I'm really not.

Also, I have a medium slice of my vast future fortune in XRP, so I am paying attention at the moment :)

In short,Tetragon lost. Ripple IOW: "You can stick your lawsuit up your *** Tetragon."

EDIT: Stuart Alderoty's reaction:

I am about to post, but you beat me, doing a great job.

All lawsuits is unfair and unjustified. This shows that no judge will ever agree with SEC

Well this was expected and it also proves that all the exchanges that delisted XRP had no actual reason to do so.

The FUD against XRP is just insane.

There are all kinds of crazy attack against XRP in all these years, I still remember coinmarketcap removes Korea market price for xrp causing a crazy drop in XRP price. And now the SEC is attacking XRP.. I think even early BTC didn't experience these kind of FUD.

DEX is the next hype thing for next bull run. Uphold is the only one that got balls.

If the SEC wins this case and XRP is deemed a security, the SEC will go back to the exchanges and tell them they should have known all along.
I was a CEO of a prominent US based Exchange I would've done the same.
