Hi to all,

after a long time of inactivity, I forgot the password, I misplaced the recovery key and I do not have the Ledger secret key of the wallet. All I have is the 2FP on my mobile phone, has anyone had a similar issue? in another cryptocurrency sites you can reset the password with the 2FP, could Gatehub accept this verification?

I'm pretty sure that Gatehub stores your wallet information in encrypted form, and they don't store the decryption key. The only way to decrypt it is with the recovery key or the password, and if you lose both of them, Gatehub should not have the ability to do a reset, even if they wanted to.

However, you should open a support ticket with them to check.
