Both great pieces, thanks Alluvial. Joseph Hall makes a most persuasive argument. Hopefully the gravitas of his former role will add weight to pushing back at the SEC's malevolent overreach.

One important piece (something I've said this since the beginning of the "XRP is a security" discussions years ago, if it's positive for XRP that it was deemed a currency by FINCEN in 2015: NO):

Even someone here who was thinking about taking his LSAT tests (which of course brings major credibility) laughed at me. /s

Thanks for pointing it out. This is what I always believe. I have zero knowledge about US securities but Mary Jo White 31st Chair of SEC from 2013 to 2017 surely does and she is Ripple lawyer
