Gatehub registration

Hey guys, I have a question that I am hoping to get some answers too. I am in the United States if that helps.

I just opened a business account with gatehub, and its asking for a registration ID. I'm not sure to what that is referring to. I'm assuming the tax ID would be my EIN right? Also, my bank doesn't have an IBAN, they only use a SWIFT. Is this an issue at all? Gatehub wont let me finish the registration process without the IBAN and registration ID. Hoping you very knowledgeable individuals can shed some light. I have sent Gatehub support an email already, but the time difference has led me to be a tad impatient. Thank you in advance for everyone's help.

You can use a normal bank account number instead of IBAN. Registration ID is your company registration number.

For more information about opening a business account please send an email to: companies@gatehub.net.
