BellaBrwnEze
Trying to move XRP from ledger NanoX to coinbase. Get error message below. Started having problems when I tried using the XRP toolkit to get Spark from my XRP in Ledger. That didn’t work now my Ledger is screwed up and I get the error message below when trying to send XRP to coinbase. Ledger support ignores me. Please help! Thanks! KasperSoerensen
Same here. I used this guid to claim the Spark Token instead: https://www.stedas.hr/how-claim-spark-tokens-flare-network-xrp-holders.html#.X09jScgzaUk Note that this approach have not been approved by the Ledger support team - how ever, they did mention the approach themselves in a tweet: https://twitter.com/Ledger_Support/status/1303714985907019779 I hope this helps you. jargoman
The good news is there's nothing to worry about. It's a bug in the software that interacts with the nano ledger. I can see what the bug is from the error code writeBigUInt and writeBigUInt64 are possible function names in the code. The code is trying to call writeBigUInt64BE which would be a weird name for a function. BE is hexidecimal and 64BE is also hexadecimal. My guess is the code was "minified". White space was removed to make it faster. One of the white space characters that was removed is needed to for the code to work properly. XRP toolkit didn't cause this bug. Ledger dev's need to fix the bug and you'd have to update to the newest version of the software. Make sure any updates you do are from the legitimate source. File a bug with the developer. You may have better luck filing an actual code bug with the dev rather than support through the company. Any developer would recognise this as a bug immediately. X-Fox
Hey! Im glad you posted the question, Ive been having the same issue all day. However, I didnt try to register my ledger to claim spark. I just opened it to transfer xrp to an exchange, and started getting the same message. Initially i had an older firmware version, which i thought was the problem. So, I got all my courage and updated the firmware! Everything looks fine, everything is in place, but the error doesnt go away.... Makes me think they dont want us to transfer any more crypto off ledger right now since the airdrop is around the corner...

I don’t own one so could be wrong but a number of people say that the error appears but the Tran goes through. Did you check that? It may have actually succeeded.
