This thread is all about the Rippling feature being used inappropriately, which is a function of the XRP Ledger. The worst that Gatehub has done is incorrectly report the status of Rippling in some cases, but ultimately the responsibility is on the user to make sure their wallets are set up correctly. I don't think you will get anywhere with a lawsuit on this.
