I am having the same issue. I have lost my 2FA device and sent GateHub an email about one week ago, still no reply from them. I am waiting for them to tell me which information/documents should I provide to them.

''Your request (23158) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.''

@gregor  I have the same problem after losing my last phone (my account is csdaqing@gmail.com), and I sent an email to support@gatehub.net about 10 days ago, even got an request number (19016) later, but no more information till now. Can you help me?

BTW, since this may be a common issue, could you make the internal process public, e.g., add an button like lost your 2FA device in the verification page?
