Can you help me? BTW, since this may be a common issue, could you make the internal process public, e.g., add an button like lost your 2FA device in the verification page? CurrencyGuy Posted June 4, 2017 Share Posted June 4, 2017 You have to take a selfie while holding a piece of paper with today's date on it and wording that you need 2FA reset on your account.
