Lost Gatehub 2FA Lock Out

Can I ask you to support me? I would like to request that you help me regain encryption key authentication because I missed Google authentication on my mobile phone so when I log in, I request confirmation of a validation code that I should not enter. I emailed support@gatehub.net with support, but over a day I did not hear back. So I want to see the code for me. Sincere thanks. Hey, you have lost the 2FA code? We have an internal process with which you have to go through unfortunately to reset 2FA. Our support got back to you with the instructions.

So when you used the Gatehub recovery key 2 factor is still enabled?
I would email@Gatehub again using the same email associated with eh account, list your ripple wallet and wait for feedback.
They can take steps to disable the 2 factor (might have a security check).
Note Gatehub is very busy these days so response might be delayed

I merged this post with another users that was having the same issues, @gregor from Gatehub is addressing the issues- follow his helpful advice and you should be back online in no time

 

P.S. I merged the posts together in the wrong order- my mistake. Changed the title to reflect the case to help other users with the same issue

I forwarded the issues to the support and you will all receive an email with further instructions on how to reset 2FA.

Thank you for your patience. As said we are really busy due to a huge users load. But thats the thing to be happy about :)

I sent the request 1 days ago, but i did not receive the reply of gatehub support yet.

Please wait for support to get back to you, due to a high user growth it may take a little longer.

Appreciate you supporting this community! 11 days now waiting for support to instruct me on how to remove the 2FA seeing as Authy lost my data for Gate Hub and said it must be reset on your end...I understand high traffic, any way I can get an estimated time frame at least? Email on my account is pvsurfer11@gmail.com. Support Ticket # is 14428.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!!

This is great news as the phone i used google authenticator on broke.
So i am locked out of my account also.
But.....there is a process involved in recovering it which is great to know.

I have emailed support so will hopefully hear back soon.
