I would like to request that you help me regain encryption key authentication because I missed Google authentication on my mobile phone so when I log in, I request confirmation of a validation code that I should not enter. I emailed support@gatehub.net with support, but over a day I did not hear back. So I want to see the code for me. Sincere thanks. Mercury Posted April 4, 2017 Share Posted April 4, 2017 So when you used the Gatehub recovery key 2 factor is still enabled?I would email@Gatehub again using the same email associated with eh account, list your ripple wallet and wait for feedback. But.....there is a process involved in recovering it which is great to know. I have emailed support so will hopefully hear back soon. thanks for your help and work bro.
