inative
I'm not sure what "out of wallet" means. Your XRPs are on the ledger (assigned to your account), wallet is just a software to access it. When you setup up your account, you got your secret key that you saved. Just use it and access your account again using any wallet.
Kenny
Saying that I can not send any XRP from the desktop wallet to anywhere because always it says" tejMaxLedger: Transaction LastLedgerSequence exceeded" I tried to change possible fees imaginable and still can not send anything out of it Please help me
Malloy
Open a GateHub wallet with your secret key...you will be able to do whatever you want after that with your XRPs. T8493

Doesn't he need to pass KYC process first? I don't recall if that was needed for XRP transactions.
Malloy
@inative , unless it recently changed, you don't need KYC if you only transfer XRPs...if you want to deposit or withdraw fiat that's where they need more info about you.

Could be possible that you can configure which Ripple server your program uses. 3 servers know to be run by Ripple are s1.ripple.com, s-east.ripple.com, s-west.ripple.com. You can try to switch between them. Alternatively you can download other desktop client. Or if you're OK with online wallet, you can setup account on Gatehub.net
Guest
@Kenny If you're having trouble with this wallet, you might want to try another desktop wallet (as long as you have your secret key). See the "Links & Resources" tab above.

Malloy
Just now, Kenny said: I did tried to transfer to Gatehub and syll said the same thing it seemed my xrps are stucked in my desktop wallet. Yes I know my secret key Anything else I can do? You don't need to transfer. Forget about whatever wallet your using if you're having trouble. Start fresh with a new wallet. Like everyone have been saying, if you have your secret key, your XRP will be available in ANY new wallet you open anywhere with your secret key. Malloy
if you already have a GateHub account, create an XRP wallet in your account
tulo
In gatehub do import wallet (or something similar). It will ask for the secret key. Once you give the key you "get" all the funds. And technically you are not opening a new account, it is just a way to visualize your already created account. The XRP are there and remains there. pengler
@Kenny From your computer that you trust with an internet connection you trust, go to https://jatchili.github.io/minimalist-ripple-client/ and enter your secret key then press set identity. When you click set identity, your public key will be displayed. Click connect to ripple and you will receive a response within another window. You can now query the balance of your cold wallet, trade, and send funds to another paper wallet. http://ripply.eu/ is a good paper wallet you can generate one and send your funds to it.
