Right under Buy / Sell form you will see "Open orders". Click on it and you'll see a modal where you can cancel the orders from ;)

To make this exchange I didnt use Trade on the left side but Exchange. When I go to Trade and click on Open orders I see NO OPEN ORDERS. But I still see this order on the right side under Recent activity.

I see. Then the order was immediately cancelled (if the balance didn't changed). You don't have to cancel it as it doesn't exist anymore.

Why would it have been cancelled? I'm unable to exchange anything...... Help!

I encountered the same issue this morning.

My understanding is the exchange should be an instant conversion based on the latest lowest available ask price on the open market. But the system proceeded my order at a lower rate which was not available on the market at that moment and there was a fee charged for this transaction.

My question is, if the order was auto cancelled, is it considered an unsuccessful order and the fee charged should be refunded also (although it's a very small amount) and I really want to better understand how does this exchange function work.
