Jrookie
I went to the XRP tookit site and entered my information to the point where I could see information about my address and how much XRP I have. Now all I have to do is go back to the website and enter connect wallet and all my information comes up even though I dont have my hard wallet (nano) attached. This does not seem right. I feel like anyone can see this information. Should'nt there be a password to get this information? How does it know who I am and how much XRP I have without connecting my wallet? Did I do something wrong or do I need to change anything?

No that is absolutely normal. The XRPL is a PUBLIC ledger. Anyone can look at any of the accounts and see it’s payments and transaction. The only anonymity you have is that we don’t know what your account is.

XRP Toolkit is a client-side tool, when you Connect Wallet your public account address is stored in your local browser storage, until you Clear Session. This allows you to view your balances from your browser, without having to connect your wallet. You did nothing wrong and this is intended behaviour.
