Flintstone
You’ll just have to wait for support. They are the only ones who can do anything.
Allinmachine
Thanks for your reply.this is what they said sir. Is it really possible i cant get my xrp back?
Flintstone
The XRP have been sent to somebody else's account at coins.ph. I can understand their stance regarding transaction finality. I guess it happens quite often. You could try and send a small amount of XRP to that Coins.ph recipient with a memo stating what has happened and hopefully the recipient will read the transaction and send the initial XRP back. It’s a long shot though :/
BillyOckham
Another option is write a short note to the unknown recipient and say what happened and would they consider sending it back to you please. Then ask support if they could onforward the message to the recipient. Maybe ask the sender to keep ten percent themselves as fee for trouble. Most people are honest in my opinion. If you sent it to me I would send your whole lot back. I reckon it’s fifty fifty whether you can jump both hurdles... support on-passing the note and getting a good result. FOOD
Also.... needs to be said, always copy and paste! I am surprised, however, there would be 2 destination tags so similar to one another... I would imagine they could space them out better than that. BillyOckham
Ghiblify
Hello. I am currently experiencing the same problem with the wrong destination tag. I contacted their support already and am currently waiting for a reply. May I ask if you were able to retrieve your XRP?
