JASCoder
https://www.newsbtc.com/2020/09/10/underdog-story-why-xrp-could-soon-outperform-bitcoin-and-ethereum/ This piece by Tony Spilotro is exclusively about the TA take on the last few years. I've always been skeptical that TA can be that accurate in "thinly traded markets," such as precious metals and crypto currencies. I continue to believe in the soundness of the XRPL implementation, and the strategic efforts of Ripple and other stakeholders in pursing foundation building over hype (unlike, say Justin Sun). We here know the reasons we believe in this DA's future But it is interesting to see what Tony has to say on the TA side, as such things will affect those speculators influenced by such perspectives. Dear god, SUN token is J-Son's next ridiculous idea. He tweets out "When SUN? when moon? ". Where's the crypto-police when you need 'em. TA guys always remind me of pre-game commentators trying to call their favorites. No one ever really knows up or down, win or loss, heck, if sports gamblers are winning 55% of their bets, they're happy af. Which means 45% of the time they're getting crushed. It's the bookies who really make out and the "inside traders" who really know what's going on behind closed doors, like when so-and-so whale is about to dump x Bitcoin on the market or "pssst maybe you should dump bank stocks and pick up some gold mines, but kinda do it quietly" and on and on. As much faith as I have in Ripple and XRP, let's not forget Ripple is without a doubt one of these insiders. All of the NDA's they've been required to sign, closed door meetings with some of the most powerful groups on the face of the planet, they know so much more about what's actually going on than they're letting out publicly. The closer you are to the oil well, the more accurate your intel. Kiyosaki learned that the hard way in his oil days; guys standing on the rig knew the well was about to go dry long before everyone else and what happened to the stock price soon after? Dropped like a brick, eviscerating millions in "profit". Of course a select few 'closest' to the well got out before it dumped but they were just "really smart guys" or they had really good quants. Sure, sure. It's facts like these that TA guys never seem to consider in their analysis. Of course that's not their 'job' but what good is any analysis in a vacuum? This is what I was implying re "thin markets." Very susceptible to deliberate influences thru both trades and information release. To make it worse for the DA sphere, there is no such issue with "insider trading," it's currently the Wild Wild West. Just picture the impact on the crypto markets when/if some impactful announcements related to regulation or adoption gets announced - there will be insiders, and they will NOT be held accountable for their pre-release trade actions. As I keep saying, we're but mices snatching at crumbs falling off the Big Boy Table. What other choice do we have ? :-/ jetbrzzz and Cesar1810 1

And maybe a modern day Bat-phone so I can get all the inside info straight from Commissioner Garlinghouse. Who needs charts when you got a direct line? Funny that not many people realize George Romero's Dawn of The Dead is actually a social commentary on the zombification of the American populous through consumerism, so I've read, and I guess you could logically conclude debt. And once the consumerism zombie has bitten you, there's no turning back. Your only hope is to head for the roof, hope there's a helicopter and fly off to some remote island to live another day. Which reminds me to get a pilot's license... I have my own opinions about the current state of the world, but all I can say is now's the time to skate to where the XRP puck is going while everyone else is distracted. I mean, they spend like 40 minutes of the movie goofing off in a shopping mall, trapped by mindless 'zombies' who only want to get inside. Just re-watching it gives me that feeling of 'there's gotta be more to life than buying stuff on a rack'. There's so many little details that imply this; Roger steals a jacket off one of the racks in the mall, then ties it around his waist 90's grunge style only for it to be what one of the zombies grabs on to later on, almost killing him in the process. He manages to free himself from the tied-on jacket and kill the zombie but, it's small details like these that are missing from films of late. Nerd-rant over. Some xrp related company we all know of releases their news when the TA looks good. I suppose the strategy is when people hear the news they check out the charts. If the TA looks good they buy. After a good pump the company sells off some xrp to pay the bills. Just my theory. Another explanation is that when good news is down the pipeline those in the know start buying making the TA look good. I like TA with all the conspiracies and secrecy it's all there is to go on Edited September 13, 2020 by jargoman JASCoder
