Ripple lawsuits consolidated. Ripple’s motion to dismiss fraud allegations taken under submission.

Less than a month after moving the Simmons v Ripple Labs lawsuit from New York to California, the case has been consolidated with the on-going Zakinov v Ripple Labs lawsuit in California. At the same time, the honorable Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton has taken Ripple’s motion to dismiss the fraud allegations under submission.

The courts move slow and now even slower with the COVID-19 outbreak. Now I'm more interested in the government's ruling on XRP being considered a security or not. The problem is government moves slower than a post-COVID court.

I believe the decision has already been determined,  just not publicly. We are witnessing a long game of XRP chess. The delays in this ruling are calculated & intentional. The future of XRP is in great shape and the truth will  set us free.

"...it seems that a decision on Ripple’s motion to dismiss any fraud allegations against it and its executives will soon be made.

Whatever the outcome of this motion, Ripple will still have to face the rest of the allegations, claiming XRP is a security that the company failed to register."

Basically nothing changes and the whole thing goes on indefinitely.
