Newly funded address with Current Sequence of +57,000,000?

I funded a new XRP address from my 'wallet' on Coinbase Pro and the Current Sequence number is something like +57,000,000; is that normal?

I assumed new address sequence would start at 1 or am I missing something?  I created the new address myself offline through the commandline API on my local server, but I wouldn't think that should matter. Just seems weird to me; definitely only have a handful of transactions on that address at this point.

Haha, I knew about the delete-able account amendment but the section you linked wasn't in the part I read about, only forwarding the remaining balance to a specified address and the 5 XRP fee for it.  Thanks for that, I appreciate the clarification.
