Shapeshift no XRP option

Hi all ,

I am not finding option to convert ETH to XRP in shapeshift.io 

I was certain that existed a few days back. Are you all experiencing the same?

i did contact shapeshift and said it will be back shortly , upgrading their client

Not sure what shortly means, but it is still not available.

i think during times of extreme volatility or uncertainty they cannot give accurate rates, so they remove certain coins (or pairs)
