The XRP Team at Ripple is growing and we are looking for our very first Director of XRP Markets. XRP is pivotal to Ripple’s success, and you will be responsible for making sure no one knows more about its markets than we do. You will be solely responsible for keeping track of all things that affect XRP and communicating your findings internally and externally. You will play a pivotal role in developing Ripple’s markets capabilities, as well as help ensure the growth and stability of XRP markets globally.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage incentive programs for digital asset exchanges, market makers, and payment originators
  • Establish pipeline of market maker relationships
  • Help build and manage XRP lending program
  • Work with Data Team to design tools to monitor developments in XRP markets, as well as other digital asset markets
  • Analyze market trends and drivers of volume, volatility, and correlations
  • Coordinate implementation and monitoring of all partner liquidity programs with our Data, Product, and Client Integration Teams
  • Work closely with Data Team to build weekly, monthly, quarterly markets reports

"Directors - There are different types of Directors , like whole time Directors , Executive Directors , Non-Executive Directors. Most companies may have Directors who may not be working full time for the company they can be classified as Non-Executive Directors , they may part of the regular board meetings to provide direction to CEO and MD. On the other hand there may be Directors who may be full time in the company system called as whole time directors. There are another bunch of Director Types but most commonly seen types are Executive Directors , Directors , Independent Directors ( this class is a norm required by ROI )."
