46m lost due to losing paper wallet

How do you figure that?  I’m assuming you think he stashed the wealth somehow?

If he had it in a wallet and they found it,  then it’s now watched,   and if it ever moves he is in strife with the law.  Maybe if he actually had multiple wallets and they only found one but not the other?

At the very least he has lost bigly in this wallets instance.

Yes and no Tiny!! 1st from my profesional opinion of what it looks like...this guy wasnt as educated as us in the way of"world domination"
