Spam? suspect BTC payments on XRPL

Recommended Posts

The 888 accounts associated with a single entity looks odd.  Maybe an experiment?  Whatever they are doing it cost them about $5K to setup.  The transaction volume doesn't look threatening in any way.

activate 918 accounts now.

1.activate new account

2. this new account create several BTC trustline

3. start send BTC payments to each other.

Could it be some kind of settlement test, moving BTC on the XRPL?

I don't think so. Each account create trustline to other accounts and receive trustline from other accounts, that's odd.

Why is it odd? To pay/ settle any other asset other than XRP, you require trustlines.

looking at the scale and amounts, looks like some large final stage testing before production. Might this be sologenic?

Normally,  all accounts create trust line to the issue account,  there only need one issue account for one currency,  in this case,  these accounts create BTC trust line to each other.

For test ? why not on the test net ?
