HAL1000
This is like school all over again, he said, she said, it's funny that the future of the financial system in the USA might depend on this BS. automatic

Guest
By the way, the SEC attorney formally said in court that the SEC has NOT (technically) made an official determination that BTC or ETH weren’t securities.
RipMcGillicuddy
Greedy is gong to pay off. In the midst of a bull run we are going to get advantages of: -breaking out of consolidation zone, already done it seems -relisting on major exchanges -settlement -clarity (seemingly exclusive clarity) ...I know some will be priced in along the way, but I don't know where this ends up. That's a lot of rocket fuel. Julian_Williams, eksarpi, xrpmommy and 1 other

Yea, they just let their executives say again and again for year after year that they were not securities, but hey for this case they don't want to say that any more, so they are reversing. Where does that leave their case that Ripple should have known XRP was not a security? What a mess SEC are making of their case.

Yea that's true. Whether you combine relisting with settlement or settlement with clarity, it probably takes away one of those bumps. But not many other projects with that kind of fuel in the tanks during a bull run. Nevermind hopefully some major partnerships, usage, utility, etc. w1s and eksarpi
RipMcGillicuddy
I noticed that Ripple mentioned that there are communications from both exchanges and hedge funds seeking clarity from the SEC, which we know was not provided. Hedge funds like clarity... swift_post

w1s
Anyone here willing to explain how come XRP has so much volume/traffic in 2 days? A lot of crypto is “sleeping” and we are sprinting. Basically we are number 2 regarding volume.
