That’s about as good as we could have asked for today! Get all that communication the SEC had. If they have anything to hide at all, we may be leaning toward a settlement sooner than later

As I understand, the request for internal to internal SEC communications has been denied. Only internal to external has been granted...
But I'll wait for Legal Briefs to clarify :)

Nope you are correct in thinking that. Internal to external is good! Although int-int would have been nice as well this will give leverage if there is anything to be found for sure. It will likely atleast show exchanges asked, got given the all clear or were told yes go ahead because we don’t have a clue 😂

And access to all 19 people that Ripple asked for. In addition, internal to internal in terms of decisions, memos etc are allowed. Only stuff like internal deliberations aren’t because that’s a bit too much. No government agency will ever be able to function if that were granted.

By the way, I want to be clear; I was VERY pleasantly surprised. I was not expecting a ruling today. The court fully understands the enormity of the case and let the cards fall where they may.

DISCOVERY BY RIPPLE INTO SEC BTC ETH XRP INTERNAL TO EXTERNAL INFORMATION HAS BEEN GRANTED

That is probably enough because it will include a lot of stuff SEC/Clayton/Hinman would want to hide.  All those letters to exchanges/investors refusing to be clear, or giving permission, or being clear but contradictory.  Lawyers will have a field day showing how SEC have been fooling around muddying the water.

It's interesting to note, in the 25 minutes from the "breaking" news item from the court room, the XRP price went up nine cents (just under 10%).

Kinna helps make the case TA doesn't always apply to crypto heh.

Same could be said for any stock when it comes to news though

either way this was a great result going forward.
