Finding hope in dark times

To state something obvious, but so all-encompassing: at any given moment in time, we simply cannot know the future (ahead of that moment)

Yep. Agreed. We’re speculators.

If this were oil and we were out spending our resources looking for oil we would be called wildcats. And just like wildcatters of yesteryear we are going into dangerous uncharted territory with unproven results speculating that great value lies in this area. It can be scary at times. And tremendously exciting as well. Today we’re just swatting bugs and looking waiting to strike it rich and hoping we don’t get mauled by a wild 🐈.

If we were to break through current bear market lows (.24xx back in late summer 2018), and plumb new depths, I think Ripple will continue to plot forward toward the execution of their business plan ju

Sell, trade, or wait. All of those options might make you rich or insolvent. I recommend fine whisky.

I can only say patience, I don't want to be put away like a bearableguy123. I know from a reliable source that a number of European banks are seriously sitting around the table for using xrp. and beli

Ripple and XRP’s competitive advantage seems to be shrinking daily. If they don’t get rolling soon, regulations or not, they may lose it entirely.

Bankers will gravitate to the cheapest most efficient method.  Along the way they will take detours and make mistakes, but some businesses will be right on top of it and they will lead the way.   Nothing I have read about touches the Ripplenet XCurrent/Rapid solution that is being talked about amongst everyone from Central Banks to small Fintech start ups.  It is rolling out.

Competitive advantage does not look like it is shrinking.  I agree there are some alturnatives, which is to be expected given that we are looking at a market that spends trillions daily.

No hope. But here’s some reality. Xrp is .30 cents. Great news is it can’t go down much more....if it does, xrp is done. If it stays where it’s at, then just tell yourself another 3-5 years.

At the end of the day, we all put some money in hoping we will get a great return. Times like this, all you can do is just sell yourself on something that makes you believe.

So take a chart, run a random line pointing towards the sky and tell yourself it’s gonna go to the moon! Or read about these amazing banks and how much money they transfer per day. If that fails, just go back to this forum and read some hopium.

Unless it folds like bitconnect, there’s always the next day to hope for some huge return.
