Guest
A destination tag is the XRP ledger's equivalent of a reference attached to an electronic bank transfer. It's just an identifier to help the recipient figure out who's paid them. Therefore, you shouldn't need a destination tag when sending to a personal (i.e. non-custodial) account such as the one you control from your Toast Wallet. However, it's plausible that you're trying to send from some custodial account where the operators are insisting on tags with everything. If so, just pick a random number between 0 and 4294967295, and use that as your destination tag.
