Technically that is someone else's meetup that we'll crash for our first gathering. Once we meet each other, we can decide the plan for doing it again. I'll post something here when we work that

Hey @vsyc, long time no see. You should set a price you are happy selling at or you are going to be indecisive again when the market is green. I recommend you at least have a price in mind t

I am totally okay with never hearing your number. It's completely irrelevant in the grand scheme of things, but sadly there are some members on this board who insist stuff like this.

Hi Bob,

Would you consider buying more at today’s price? Or has the psychology of investing under .01 and then selling some at.20 affected you ?

Is market cap a discussion? I find it odd that tracking sources show market cap based only on units in circulation and not the entire 100 billion. What is the method to this madness? Please explain. Thank you !

I wholeheartedly agree with you, Bob and Benchmark. And I really think that as good community members we should encourage others to take their privacy serious and not mention sensitive personal financial information on any public medium.

To be honest I could imagine people working for a company like Ripple, that probably has major global financial impact, being a bit scared as many others might have an interest in wanting something from them. We as a community should at least not make that worse.

Related to this @BobWay do you have friends and family that you have told to invest into xrp?

I have gotten around 30 irl friends and family to buy XRP and CSC now as long term investments.

Most of them are buying into both the same way that I am, with their income each month based on what they can afford to flush down the toilet.

I spent hours and hours over days and weeks talking to them all, showing them all the info and sites and numbers as much as they needed to know to be comfortable on a case by case basis.

Almost every one of them is materially already far wealthier than I am, but that is mainly because of their income, not their Investments. I have done better than all of them as a percentage of my income to my Investment returns.

They are all comfortable holding at least half of their XRP for the long term potential price appreciation towards $100+ that I see taking 5-10 years to come to fruition.

I have custodial accounts for a few of them that I trade forex with, but they all have their own crypto currency accounts. Coinbase really made it easy to get them on board.

Already said but Bob my man you owe us nothing in terms of some specific number people will for ever & a day hold you to. You feed us great info & we are all grateful, don't give trying to find a nice answer for us greedy number watchers a second thought, or as you say put any risk at all on yourself. All we want is your voice of reason, expertise & knowledge on how ripple works & how big this good stuff might be in the world. Anyone who can't work out their own desired number based on their circumstances is likely to be hard work anyways.

Hope that massaged your ego enough big fella, respect & peace all :)

Worse, I can only feel honorable and good about myself if I visualize the market going continually up over time. If I do that, then whenever I sell, I know I'm not taking advantage of a more naive buyer. I made money. Eventually they will money too. If I visualize myself as selling at the top of the market, then I'm saying to myself, "I'm really here to beat the buyer." Since I'm going to sell at the top of the market, the buyer is going to get screwed. And that isn't really in my character.

Put that in the book, Bob. It's really good.

In fact, I'm stealing it for my book, but i'll give you props.

but I get to stay on your yacht!

Define ‘stay’.

So if I cruise past a dock you are waiting on, let you step aboard for a sec then hustle you off the other side...   I’ve fulfilled the contract?     :)

Sorry mate....   after moon only the skipper won’t be wearing a bikini...   rest of passengers and crew...    the bikini is optional.     (Don’t tell wife number 1 just yet...   )    :)
