Feel good video from santander bullish on ripple and xrp

Recommended Posts

Yep, by linkedin he works at santander... in milton keynes where the head office is. And is in financial crime, as such wouldnt have access to equipment to make corporate vids. It' prob his own phone headphones to utilise the mic on them.

And also, Im in financial crime side of things. And he's speakign about concerns ive seen and wondered about the last few months. It's very interesting to see where Santander is with this. That all sounds pretty promising and not unexpected.

Do we think that video is legitimately from Santander?

I only ask because the audio quality is poor and not at the level expected from a corporate video.

This is exactly what large wall street internal training videos look like. You'd be surprised how basic the quality is. Function over form and these guys aren't artists.

Nice find - thank you for sharing!  This clip is a very straightforward description of the challenges facing banks with a point by point description of how Ripple has gone about addressing each of these issues. This bodes well for Ripple and xrp, and it's easy to see how they've been able to sign up so many banks in such a relatively short period of time - after all, the security, cost, and reliability of money transfer is a HUGE concern for financial institutions of every sort. At times, the seemingly slow pace of Ripple/xrp adoption gets the better of the xrp community, as evidenced by the negative and doubtful comments that sometimes almost take over these boards. This video, as with other behind the scenes glimpses of Ripple's progress, demonstrates that they are clearly on the right track and are on the cusp of a transformational change. Imho, it's no longer a case of "if" but of "when" and of how enormous their network will ultimately become. Exciting times ahead!

Interesting video, but this guy is a "financial crime apprentice", not someone who is able to make decisions on Ripple/XRP deployment at Santander. Seems like he was told to go and make the video as a learning exercise for him, not to inform his superiors of what direction they should take with blockchain.

This. It’s just like that clown Steven Diep on Twitter thinking a Temple grad students presentetion on the technology was legit and showed Santander using XRP. Too many gullible people hoping for the best and ignoring the facts afterwards bc hype gets views and retweet’s.
